ORDERING QUESTIONS

HOW DO I ORDER FROM LOTUS AND LILLY DESIGNS?

All products and artwork can be purchased via this website. If you enquire privately via alternative social media channels you will be quoted the price and shipping (if applicable) as per this website. 

 

WILL MY ARTWORKS BE READY TO HANG? 

AUSTRALIA ONLY


If you order artworks on canvas they will have the hanging apparatus already installed to the back on the framework, so yes it will be good to hang up immediately.
Alternatively if you purchase prints or artworks on paper and haven't selected the framed option, no your artwork will require you to have it framed.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to the high cost of shipping all artwork on a canvas stretched frame will be removed from frame and shipped in a secure shipping tube to ensure your original artwork will arrive securely. 

Stretching and/or framing will be up to the purchaser once you receive it.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY? 

Yes, orignal arworks on paper and original works on canvas have a certificate included.
 

WILL MY ARTWORK BE FRAMED?

AUSTRALIA ONLY

No, however if you would like your artwork to be framed, you can see your custom framing options on the product page.

Please note, frames must be purchased with original artwork in order to be posted to you with the original artwork. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

FINE ART PRINTS:

Due to the fragile nature of prints, the cost and the time it takes to process an individual print to order,
RETURNS/REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE (unless you receive a faulty or damaged print).

** Please take the time to CHOOSE YOUR PRINTS VERY CAREFULLY and make sure to measure your space and allow a budget for framing.

These should be purchased carefully as

WEARABLE ART COLLECTION:


The following items are made to order:
TRAVELLER BOOTS and LOW TOP SNEAKERS,
CABIN BAGS and TOTE BAGS
 
CAPS and BUCKET HATS 
All are
custom print and made to order, so please choose your item carefully.


Footwear is to be measured using my measuring chart on the product page.
Please don't rely on your "usual" size as brands do differ.

See my recommended sizing suggestions on the product page. These have been tried and tested extensively and proven to fit perfectly if followed. If you have any feet issues, feel free to contact me via email address below so we can discuss your concerns before purchasing.

RETURNS/REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE (unless you receive a faulty or damaged product).

If you have any issues or questions, please
email designsbylotusandlilly@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss. 

If an item is deemed to be faulty, either a refund or exchange will be offered.
- A photo showing the fault or damage
 with the packaging or the product will be required, so please grab a picture just in case it is required.
- If the damage occurred due to the packaging being damaged, please inform the postal or courier worker, (they will take a note and record that damage) if you take it from them at delivery,.
-  If your package is delivered when you are not home, please take a photo of the packaging and your item/product. 


Refunds cannot be given for change of mind, wrong size or colour.

Lotus and Lilly Designs will not be liable for deliveries marked as delivered but not received. Please make contact immediately if your parcel does not arrive in the expected time frame so we can investigate.

DO I SEND EXPRESS POST?

Sorry express is not offered due to time being required for varnishing, packaging and printing of certificate of authenticity.

LARGE OR OVERSIZE WORKS ON CANVAS THAT CANNOT BE SHIPPED WITH AUSTRALIA POST

A private courier will be organised to ensure your artwork is packed, insured and delivered to you in the most efficient and safest way possible.

IF I AM OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA DOES THE PRICE OF SHIPPING INCLUDE MY COUNTRY'S TAXES?

For international orders, there may be additional customs taxes, duties and fees applied by your country's government. Lotus and Lilly Designs is not responsible for these additional fees. 

 

WHY IS AUSTRALIA POST ONLY FOR EXTRA SMALL, SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE PAINTINGS? 

Australia Post has a cubic weight limit. I can send paintings that are up to 102cm x 76cm x 4cm via standard post. Anything larger than this requires a private courier.

 

WHICH PRIVATE COURIER DO LOTUS AND LILLY DESIGNS USE?

This is subject to change. 

 

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN SHIPPING AGENT OR COURIER? 

No. 



WORKS ON CANVAS - LOCAL PICK-UP - Mackay, Qld


Mackay and surrounding area residents ( Queensland Australia) are welcome to pick-up their original artworks.

This is strictly by appointment only. 

To arrange please:

1. Make your purchase through the website checkout. Contact me via the chat or by email that you wish to purchase. E: designsbylotusandlilly@gmail.com

2. Once I receive your payment, I will email with a date for the artwork to be picked up.

Please note: You will need to pickup your painting within 48 hours of being advised by email that it is ready.

This will be approx. 7 days from payment being received.

(This period applies for signing, varnishing, packaging and printing of certificate of authenticity). 


*Once the artwork leaves the studio, it is then the responsibility of the owner.
Lotus and Lilly Designs will not be liable or responsible for damage or loss once the artwork has been collected by the customer.

 

ORDER FULFILMENT AND TURN AROUND TIMES:

See details below in Order Fulfilment regarding turn-around times for "made to order" products.
Please provide a street or business address and not a PO Box (due to delivery restrictions imposed by Australia Post).

Delivery times may be impacted by COVID-19. 
 

- All ready-made products in-stock will be dispatched within 7 days. 
These items are: Original artworks on Art paper, Art on Canvas, Furoshiki Wrapping Fabric and Greeting Cards.

- Fine Art Prints are print to order so please allow 5 to 10 days for dispatch.

-  Boots, Cabin Bags, Sneakers, Totes, Caps & Hats are custom made to your order so please allow,  14 to 21 days for production and dispatch.

Out of Stock items


Furoshiki textile fabrics - If "out of stock" please allow 14 + days of production and assembly.
If you need your order in a hurry, please send an email and I will advise if an order can be dispatched sooner. 

HOW ARE ARTWORKS AND OTHER PRODUCTS PACKAGED/PACKED FOR FREIGHT?

Original artworks on Fine Art Paper and Digital Prints

Your original artwork will be carefully rolled into acid-free tissue paper and sent in a secure rigid mailing tube.
All prints will be carefully rolled into acid-free tissue paper and sent in a  rigid mailing tube. When unrolling the print, I suggest you handle it carefully with gloves or clean hands. It may retain the curve from the roll it was sent in when unpacked. If so, carefully unroll keeping the tissue paper on the printed surface for protection, and put it in a safe place laying flat. When ready, take it to your local framer for framing.


Furoshiki Wrapping Fabrics.

These will be sent in a resealable cello bag in a satchel to suit the size of the fabric.

Totes, Cabin Bags, Boots, Sneakers, Caps & Hats

These products are all print to order. They will be packaged securely in the most appropriate packaging for each item. If you purchase multiple items of different types they may be sent in individual packages. Note: you will receive tracking for each item.

Originals on Canvas. 

AUSTRALIA ONLY

These will be packaged in multiple layers of packing cardboard with an inner layer of bubble wrap, a sheet of 3mm corflute on the painted face with acid free paper so as to keep it free of moisture.
International may require additional packaging to ensure the artwork arrives safely and free of freight damage, depending on destination. This packaging is included in the purchase price.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I do.
I now offer international postage world wide.

Prices for postage will be calculated at checkout.

PRICING 

All pricing is in Australian dollars AUD. Lotus and Lilly Designs are not required by Australian law to charge  GST. Should this change, we reserve the right to change our pricing without notice. 

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important. Personal information such as name, address, and phone number obtained when placing an order will not, under any circumstances be used by or shared with any party outside of our organisation. Email correspondence will relate directly to your order.
